Sub-processors

Overview
IncidentOps uses the following sub-processors to provide our incident management service. Sub-processors are third-party service providers that process data on our behalf.
Core Sub-processors
These sub-processors are integral to delivering the IncidentOps service:

Optional Integrations
The following third-party services are only used when explicitly configured by the user:
- Atlassian (Jira) – Creates incident tickets when users run
/incident ticket - PagerDuty – Sends page alerts when users configure PagerDuty integration

We may update this list of sub-processors from time to time. We will notify customers of any material changes in accordance with our contractual obligations and applicable data protection laws.
